The financial year for ATC Shariah Unit Fund (ATCSUF) has ended on March 31, 2026. The fund reported an Net Profit/(Loss) BDT (3.32) Million (After Provision Adjustment) and EPU (Earnings Per Unit) of BDT (0.61) (After Provision Adjustment)  NAV per unit @ Cost Value BDT 14.29 and NAV per unit @ Market Value BDT 7.57. The board of trustees has decided to declare Zero Dividend for the year.

The Trustee of the fund has informed that Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission vide a letter dated September 18, 2025, has approved the Audited Financial Statements, Valuation Report along with Winding up Report of Asian Tiger Sandhani Life Growth Fund. As per the valuation report, the Net Asset Value per Unit is Tk. 8.055.

September 11, 2025,

Upon receiving approval from the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC), Trustee Bangladesh General Insurance Company Limited has confirmed that all requisite procedures for the winding up of the Asian Tiger Sandhani Life Growth Fund, following the completion of its term, have been successfully completed, as validated by the BSEC. A resolution has been adopted to direct the trustee to undertake the necessary arrangements for disbursing payments to the fund’s unitholders.

The financial year for ATC Shariah Unit Fund (ATCSUF) has ended on March 31, 2025. The fund reported an EPU (Earnings Per Unit) of BDT (0.86) (After Provision Adjustment) and BDT 0.24 (Before Provision Adjustment). The board of trustees has decided to declare Zero Dividend for the year.

Bangladesh General Insurance Company PLC. as Trustee of Asian Tiger Sandhani Life Growth Fund (Under Liquidation) would like to inform all concerned that, as per Securities and Exchange Commission (Mutual Fund) Bidhimala 2001,  the Fund is in the process of ''Winding Up''.

Bangladesh General Insurance Company PLC. as Trustee of Asian Tiger Sandhani Life Growth Fund requests all concerned to submit their claim for dividend, refund or any other claim from the Fund. Claim, if any, should be submitted with full details by June 23, 2025 to the Trustee, Bangladesh General Insurance Company PLC., Trustee Department, 1st floor, 42 Dilkusha C/A, Dhaka-1000. Any claim received after the above mentioned date will not be accepted.

March 10, 2025,

On the closure of operation on March 10, 2025 the Fund has reported Net Asset Value (NAV) of Tk 8.16 per unit on the basis of current market price and Tk 9.01 per unit on the basis of cost price against face value of Tk 10.00 whereas total Net Assets of the Fund stood at Tk 504,078,978 on the basis of current market price and Tk 556,790,840 on the basis of cost price.

BGIC as Trustee of Asian Tiger Sandhani Life Growth Fund would like to inform you that BSEC via its letter No. BSEC/MF & SPV/MF-78/2010/28 has stated the following:

The commission is not in a position to accord consent to conversion of Asian Tiger Sandhani Life Growth Fund (close- end mutual fund).

Further more BSEC also vide its letter No. BSEC/MF& SPV/MF-78/2010/163 has stated the following:

In view of the above and in compliance with section 7.1 (1) of the prospectus BGIC as trustee of the fund would like to inform that the tenure of said fund will expire on March 10, 2025.

Asian Tiger Sandhani Life Growth Fund is scheduled to end its current tenure on March 31, 2025. For purpose of extension of the tenure of the Fund, a meeting was held with the Honourable Commission on May 20, 2024 at the Commission's Board Room with the Asset Management Company, Trustee and Custodian of the said Fund under the BSEC (Mutual Fund) Rules 2001. The Chairman directed that a meeting of the Unitholders should be held in this connection.

Bangladesh General Insurance Company PLC (BGIC), as the Trustee of Asian Tiger Sandhani Life Growth Fund, has in terms of Section 4.2.16 of the Trust Deed, arranged a Unitholders' Meeting to be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 31, 2024 at RAOWA Convention (Anchor Hall), VIP Road, Mohakhali, Dhaka-1206 to transact the following agenda:


AGENDA: 1. "Extension" of the Fund for another single term as provided under Section 50 (kha) of the BSEC Mutual Fund Rules 2001.
The Record Date for the purpose is  October 08th, 2024.
