The Current Tenure of Asian Tiger Sandhani Life Growth Fund matures on March 31,2025. Bangladesh General Insurance Company PLC (BGIC) as Trustee of the Fund is pleased to call an Unitholders' meeting in terms of Section 4.2.16 of the Trust Deed and in accordance with the meeting held with the Honourable Commission on May 20,2024 at the Commission's Board Room with the Asset Management Company, Trustee and Custodian of the said Fund and provisions under the BSEC (Mutual Fund) Rules 2001. The Meeting will be held at 11.00 a.m. on Thursday, October 31, 2024 at RAOWA Convention (Anchor Hall), VIP Road, Mohakhali, Dhaka-1206 to discuss and vote for Extension of the Fund on maturity [under Section 50 (kha) of the BSEC (Mutual Fund) Rules 2001].
The Record Date for the purpose is set on Tuesday, October 08,2024 to determine the Unitholders' eligible to participate in the meeting and receive the necessary documents in these regards.
