2. One (01) copy photograph of the Nominee,
3. TIN Certificate (12 Digit),
4. NID photocopy of both the Applicant & the Nominee,
5. Account Payee cheque in the name of the Fund (ATC SHARIAH UNIT FUND) for the appropriate amount,
6. A printed copy of the BO Statement/ BO Setup acknowledgement of the applicant,
7. Filled-up Individual Investor's Unit Purchase Form

Documents required for (INSTITUTIONAL Investor) unit subscription of ATC Shariah Unit Fund:

1. Incorporation Certificate,
2. Memorandum and Articles of Association,
3. Trade License,
4. Trust Deed,
5. Registration Certificate,
6. Extract of Board Resolution in favor of the investment decision,
7. Letter of Authority in favor of the authorized person,
8. Two (02) copies of photograph of the MD/ CEO,
9. Two (02) copies of photograph of the authorized person,
10. NID photocopy of both the MD/ CEO & the authorized person,
11. Account Payee cheque in the name of the Fund (ATC SHARIAH UNIT FUND) for the appropriate amount,
12. A printed copy of the BO Statement/ BO Setup acknowledgement of concerned institutional BO,
13. Filled-up Institutional Investor's Unit Purchase Form
